Background: 20 years ago, I began as a merchandiser and eventually was promoted to a manager with a large merchandising company. In 2012, I moved to Retail Solutions as their Texas manager, have been promoted several times to my current position of National Operations Director and have never looked back! I have high expectations and pride myself on accountability for myself and our team!

Background: I have many years of experience in merchandising! I started as a merchandiser and was promoted to a lead and trainer with several large companies in the industry. I started with Retail Solutions in 2013 and enjoy working with our team members and our clients to ensure client expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Communication and training are the keys!

All of our employees are W2, no independent contractors or gig team members for us!
